First signature for EOL on the Alpha Park site with Colis Privé



Faced with a growing demand for distribution needs generated by e-commerce, the private service provider Colis Privé, a subsidiary of the Hopps Group, has called on EOL, a real estate consultancy, to find new premises. The company, which distributes more than 42 million parcels to private individuals in France each year, opted to move to Alpha Park in Gignac-la-Nerthe (13), a 21,145 sqm property complex marketed exclusively by EOL. Comprising business premises, warehouses, offices and shops, the site is strategically located in the heart of the Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan area.

The area occupied by Colis Privé covers approximately 4,250 sqm and is a business/warehouse suitable for a courier business. The site has benefited from specific development work for the service provider's activity: creation of unloading docks, division of an office area, general compliance, securing of the premises, etc."It is a pleasure to have signed the first transaction with Colis Privé, a leading player in parcel delivery to individuals. This signing, which was envisaged just before containment, is part of a close collaboration with the Alpha Park site. Initially, I sold these properties to an investor, who then gave us exclusive rights to market them for rent. Other avenues are currently being explored," explains Sébastien Schinasi, EOL Sud consultant.
