Fiducial Gérance, on behalf of the SCPI FICOMMERCE, has acquired from a vehicle managed by BNP PARIBAS REIM, a commercial complex with a floor area of more than 5,300 sqm.

Located at the entrance to the Auchan La Petite Arche shopping centre in the north of the city of Tours (37), the property benefits from a strategic location. It is leased to a restaurant and the national brands GIFI, CACHE-CACHE, BOULANGERIE ANGE and MAISON DE LA LITERIE.
