Two new transactions completed in Retail Capital Markets

The first one concerns a sale & leaseback operation carried out with the companyLA VIE SAINEin the heart of the Chalon Sud commercial zone in Chalon-sur-Saône and in the city centre of Montpellier. The complex covers a total surface area of 1,850 sqm. The transaction was carried out bySOGENIAL Immobilieron behalf of its SCPIs#CoeurDeVille#CoeurDeRegions.

The second transaction concerns the sale byAEWon behalf of an institutional client of a retail park of more than 3,200 sqm located in OSNY (95) in the Oseraie commercial zone, to AXIPARTS. The asset is leased to the PICARD, NATUREO, MAISONS DE LA LITERIE and IXINA brands.
