EOL Sud supports 3 new transactions in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Bouches-du-Rhône regions

EOL Sud has just supported the signing of three new transactions in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and Bouches-du-Rhône regions, totalling a surface area of 93,000 sqm. The real estate consultancy firm assisted a French logistics provider in its search for a building in the Lyon region in Saint-Quentin Fallavier, for a property with a surface area of 18,000sqm.

EOL Sud also carried out a Befa transaction in the Fos-Distriport logistics zone to support the development of a player in the transport and logistics sector. Delivered in November, the new 55,000 sqm building has a rail connection to the heart of the port and will optimise the export flows of a food group. EOL and Emmanuel Castellani advised the lessor and lessee for a 6-year lease.

Finally, EOL Sud accompanied CD Sud, a company specialised in the distribution of heating and air conditioning equipment, in its search for a new logistics warehouse. EOL Sud advised the lessor and the lessee for a 6-year lease taking effect on 1 January 2021, for a 20,000 sqm building in Saint-Martin-de-Crau.
