Axiom completes the acquisition of a commercial complex

Axiom has acquired a retail complex in Plaisir (78) near the Aushopping GRAND PLAISIR shopping centre. The building is divided into several cells and has a total floor area of approximately 1,265 sqm. It will be repositioned to provide customers with a range of services and convenience stores to complement the Les Comptoirs de la Bio store already located in part of the building.

The Plaisir/Les Clayes-sous-Bois shopping centre is a major shopping area in western Paris with more than 235,000 sq. m. of retail space and 360 shops, 65% of which are national and international brands such as IKEA, DECATHLON, AUCHAN, PRIMARK, CULTURA and MAISONS DU MONDE.

This transaction was carried out by EOL's Retail Capital Markets department which represented the parties. Axiom was also assisted by Nénert & Associés.
