P3 Logistic Parks has just acquired from FPGL (Faubourg Promotion and Group Life), a 36,718 sqm logistics platform located in the Euro Méditerranée park in Fos-sur-Mer. The site is currently fully occupied by Adeo and operated by Geodis.
Built in 2020, this class A building consists of a warehouse divided into six cells and 896 sqm of offices, on a total surface area of 78,483 sqm. The building is Breeam Good certified and has a photovoltaic power plant on the roof and shaded areas in the car park, which produce energy that is sold to the EDF network.
