20,000 sqm independent logistics platform for rent near Lyon (EOL )

EOL has taken stock of the logistics property market in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. In total, there are 200,000 sqm available in 6 months, including 54,000 sqm of sites under development with a building permit obtained.
For example, EOL is marketing a 20,000 sqm. class A site in the south-east of Lyon at Toussieu. To the north of Lyon, an exceptional 36,000 sqm divisible site is being developed and is being offered for sale.

523,000 sqm of transactions in the region in 2020

523,000 sqm of transactions were listed in 2020 in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, compared to just over 300,000 sqm in 2019. " This dynamism is driven in particular by logistics service providers, which alone accounted for 45% of the market in 2020 in this region," observes Laurent Bedjidian, EOL Sud director in charge of logistics in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
In 2020, EOL "carried out transactions for logistics platforms with international service providers as well as with regional transport and logistics players, distribution or industrial logistics shippers", says this player.
