Plaisir: Axiom acquires a 1,200 m2 retail complex

Axiom is buying a retail complex in Plaisir, near the Aushopping Grand Plaisir shopping centre. The building is divided into several units and has a total floor area of approximately 1,265 m².
It will be repositioned to provide customers with a range of services and convenience stores to complement theLes Comptoirs de la Bio chain already located in part of the property.
The Plaisir/Les Clayes-sous-Bois shopping centre is a major shopping area in western Paris with more than 235,000 sq. m. of retail space and 360 shops, 65% of which are national and international brands: Ikea, Decathlon, Auchan, Primark, Cultura, Maisons du Monde, etc.
This transaction was carried out by the Retail Capital Markets department ofEOL, which represented the parties.
