EOL completes transaction with pan-European group VGP on 32 hectares of land

EOL - an industrial and logistics real estate consultancy - has just finalised a transaction with VGP, a developer and investor of logistics and industrial parks on a 32-hectare plot of land located in the Petite Couronne region of Paris, enabling the development of approximately 150,000m². This project of rehabilitation of industrial wastelands is at the heart of the expertise and strategy of VGP and EOL, which is a major player in the reindustrialization. During this operation, EOL advised the buyer (VGP).

VGP trusted EOL to accompany it in the realisation of this operation. The knowledge of the region and the know-how of EOL were serious assets for this first establishment of VGP in France.

Benefiting from a particularly strategic location, close to the A13 motorway, the site required major decontamination work. With the aim of starting work in 2023, the site will be used for industrial and logistics projects on a surface area of 150,000m2 .
