EOL and its engineering subsidiary SYSTENZA support WE CONNECT in the development of their head office and distribution centre

The WE Connect Group has been a major player in the IT equipment market for over twenty years. The WE Connect Group's business is built around three core activities: the manufacture of IT products, distribution for third-party companies and the design and assembly of custom-made PCs. This threefold expertise gives the group a strategic position at every stage of the value chain: design, development, production and marketing.

WE Connect has chosen EOL to support its new real estate project. EOL and its engineering subsidiary SYSTENZA will be assisting WE Connect with the construction of its new head office and distribution centre. The EOL teams will be working alongside the architect and design offices selected to bring the project to a successful conclusion, from design to delivery of the building.

The site, with a total surface area of over 17,000 m², will be located in Serris (77). Delivery is scheduled for January 2025.

Thanks to its ambitious architecture and strong environmental credentials, this site will be one of the most emblematic in the Marne-la-Vallée area.
