EOL is marketing three 100,000 sqm logistics solutions in the region

100,000 sqm are available in Ilies-Salomé (59)

The region's advantages for logistics activity are well established: a dynamic employment area, central location in Europe, access to major road, rail and sea routes... and above all, space available within a year.

"The Hauts-de-France market represents a quarter of the surface areas immediately available and almost half of the future supply in France", indicates Karine Louarn, EOL logistics consultant.

For the past 20 years, this company has specialised in transactions, investment advice and project management assistance for SMEs and large accounts in the logistics and industrial sectors.
Thanks to building permits already obtained, the Lille agency indicates that the Lille market currently accounts for 40% of the logistics supply available within one year in the five main markets of Lille, Paris, Lyon, Marseille and Orléans.

For delivery within twelve months

Take-up has fallen by 70% in 2020. Despite this significant drop, the Hauts-de-France region offers a very significant supply in the short and medium term which will undoubtedly enable this region to host the most important future "e-logistics and logistics" projects in France, and to ensure its economic development.

EOL is currently marketing three XXL logistics solutions of 100,000 sqm in Bully-les-Mines, Illies-Salomé and Cambrai, with a guarantee of delivery of the building within 10 to 12 months.
These new-generation buildings, located near inland ports, are aimed at one or more national or European players who wish to benefit from a soft transport mode for their import flows.

"Throughout the region, EOL offers more than 600,000 sqm of existing logistics facilities," says Karine Louarn.
