Two good signatures for Logicor
Logicor has announced the signing of two leases, one with Richardson, which specialises in the distribution of heating, air-conditioning, bathroom, plumbing and plastics equipment, and the other with the logistics provider XPO Logistics. The first agreement concerns a long-term lease for a 32,500 sqm logistics platform in the town of Reventin-Vaugris in the Isère department. As part of the reorganisation of its logistics flows, Richardson will take possession of the premises on 1 April 2021. The Class A building, consisting of 5 cells and 10 metres in height, has been occupied by Easydis since 2006. It can accommodate a wide range of products and benefits from a strategic geographical location due to its visibility from the A7. The signing was carried out with the assistance of CBRE and EOL. The second transaction is the signing of an overriding lease for a 30,000 sqm logistics platform in the Saint-Martin-de-Crau logistics zone in the Bouches-du-Rhône, located near the A54 motorway. This Class A building, which also has 5 cells, has been occupied since 1 January 2021 by the logistics company XPO Logistics. It provides storage services for a major DIY chain for which Logicor also rents another building with an equivalent surface area in the area.
