Etixia sells a portfolio of 15,000 sqm of retail space

On the occasion of theMipim, the real estate company Etixia announces the sale of a portfolio of commercial premises located in urban peripheral commercial areas in France. This transaction was carried out as part of the dynamic management of its portfolio of assets.
The sale concerns more than 15,000 sqm of floor space divided into 21 shops occupied by brands such as Gemo, Norauto, Bureau Vallée, Picard, Boulangerie Ange, Gifi or Poltronesofa.
Etixia was accompanied by the Roubaix office of Prouvost & Associés. The transaction was carried out by EOL's retail capital markets team through a co-exclusive mandate with Savills.
