Etixia sells a portfolio of 15,000 sqm of retail space
The sale concerns more than 15,000 sqm of floor space divided into 21 shops occupied by brands such as Gemo, Norauto, Bureau Vallée, Picard, Boulangerie Ange, Gifi or Poltronesofa.
Etixia was accompanied by the Roubaix office of Prouvost & Associés. The transaction was carried out by EOL's retail capital markets team through a co-exclusive mandate with Savills.
