Ten-year guarantee

This compulsory guarantee covers all construction defects that compromise the solidity of the building or make it unfit for its purpose for 10 years. This guarantee also covers all damage affecting the soundness of the building's inseparable equipment. The starting point of the ten-year guarantee is the acceptance of the house by the client.
