Usufruct

Usufruct can be defined as the right to enjoy a thing belonging to someone else on condition that the thing is kept. The beneficiary of the usufruct is called the usufructuary. Usufruct may be granted for a fixed period or for life. The owner of a property subject to a usufruct is called the bare owner.
