Building manager

A professional who performs, on behalf of a building owner, the usual acts of management, i.e. signing leases, collecting rents, routine maintenance, repairs, supervision of work, payment of certain taxes (property tax, leasehold rights), everything that the owner would do as a good father.
He must report regularly to his principal. He must keep the building's maintenance book up to date.
