Rental

Premises, land, housing, etc. made available to an occupant in return for payment of rent. The owner or "lessor" and the tenant of the property are bound by a lease or "rental agreement", which is not necessarily drawn up in writing. However, the establishment of a written lease between the owner and the tenant is strongly recommended.
