The developer Concerto is offering several building scenarios on a 7 to 13 hectare site, which sets the project apart from most logistics sites .
The 30,000 m² building, which can be extended to 60,000 m², can be built to a height of 14.50 m, but can also benefit from a 30-metre high section, allowing the installation of automated flow management systems.
This high-rise construction, together with a high COS, reduces the impact on the land and contributes to a better use of artificial land, in line with the environmental concerns that characterise the site.
